How much will I save and what is commission free booking?
Members can save up to 77% on bookings, but generally you can expect to save between 20% to 30% off. We remove any commission or margin so you can book at trade prices without paying the markup you would pay to most online travel booking agents and hotel booking websites. This means you are saving money on every booking. We also promote secret deals and discounts on top saving you even further. The average hotel room night in the UK is around £249 per night, so you can expect to save between £30 - £40 on average per night every night you book. Even more on luxury properties.
Why is there a small annual membership fee for joining?
We have to charge a membership fee to run the club on behalf of members. The club structure also makes it a closed membership only club of exclusive members. This means we are able to promote hotel & accommodation prices at the equivalent of trade price and commission free. It also means hotels cannot price fix our members rates to the rest of the general public market, ensuring you can be shown the very best deals you would not see on comparison sites or on the traditional online booking websites. You should save your membership fee on your first booking as generally online booking operators add 15% commission to your room night rate when you book. If you book even one room night, it should save you your annual membership fee, if you book more than one you are saving and making money back every time you book that year!...Nice.
What destinations do you cover?

How do I book my stay once I join the club?
Once you join the club, you can access our member area called ' the lobby '. From here you can search over 750,000 commission FREE properties including major hotels & holiday homes in 100 countries worldwide. Simply search and book as many stays as you wish for the duration of your membership. All properties shown are commission free, plus there are additional deals and discounts.
Can I only stay on specific dates and save money?
No, you can book 365 days a year so long as the property has availability. We receive all the usual availability that a normal online booking website would, we simply remove any commissions and profit the online travel agent would take, ensuring you can book any day you wish throughout the year that is available at the equivalent of trade price. There are also secret deals and discounts at many properties which generally are also available throughout the year saving you up to 77% off!
Do you price promise and price guarantee?
No, and there is a reason why. We do not take any commission on any bookings made and this is removed from any room prices and nightly rates displayed. You may find hotels on comparison sites that for certain properties may be lower from time to time, however these are usually loss leading prices and for the sustainability of the club we cannot price match these as we do not earn out of any booking and as a result cannot reduce any commission or margin we don't earn on behalf of members. Commission is removed across all hotels & accommodation products for members. We are confident this would be a rare occurrence but you have a free trial to check just how good our deals are before you remain a member. If you are not completely satisfied and have not booked using the club during your free trial, you can cancel your membership at no charge. We are confident that you will find the savings are of huge benefit ongoing.
What is price fixing in the hotel industry and why is this important to save me money?
Most major hotels price fix and this is widely available information if you search online about hotel price fixing in the media. This practice you may have seen on general public websites and comparison sites, and will notice well known hotel brands have exactly the same price with numerous online booking operators. This is because they don't allow discounting to the general public. By joining and being a member of a club we can provide you with trade prices that you can enjoy without being subject to this practice and remove all commission fees and margin increases hotel groups force online booking platforms to pay. We remove these to club members and ensure you can book with these price hikes removed. We also access exclusive savings we can show you as you are part of an exclusive closed user club. Its a great way to beat the increased prices you are forced to pay when you book a stay at major hotel chains and holiday home rental providers.
How do I cancel my membership, update my credit card details or view my membership plan?
Though our members are very happy and we have great reviews, we understand that on occasion our service may no longer be needed. It is free to cancel anytime you wish during your free trial, or at any time during your paid membership year. If you want to cancel your membership, view your membership plan or update your credit card details at any time please visit Manage Membership in the footer menu or visit our Contact Us page for how to do this. Please be aware if you cancel your membership, at the end of your annual term you will no longer be able to access further savings. Please note that due to the limited availability of trade prices at our hotels & holiday homes we have to limit our annual memberships. So please be aware that if you cancel you may have to join our waiting list to re join in the future.
