If you have made a booking for a hotel, holiday home or apartment. Please use the information on your booking confirmation email to amend, cancel or discuss any information relating to your booking.

Please ensure you use your correct email and information you used when making your accommodation booking (if this is different to your membership email).

Please note that due to the limited availability of trade prices at our hotels & holiday homes we have to limit our annual memberships.  So please be aware that if you cancel you may have to join our waiting list to re join in the future.
